The Carbon Closet Launches
A brand-new sustainable fashion marketplace, The Carbon Closet, has launched in the UK, perfect for weddings. The Carbon...
Last week, Chi Chi London offered all NHS and front line workers £20 credit to spend online and has so far donated over £20,000 and counting. The initiative has surpassed all expectations and has made everyone feel that sometimes a little gesture can go a very long way. Comments have been so positive and those workers that have signed up to the initiative have certainly had their spirits lifted.
Known for their elegant bridal and bridesmaids' dresses, as well as styles for guests at weddings, Chi Chi London has now launched their Happiness Campaign with 40% off everything, along with their #AtHomeWithChiChi on their social platforms. This is designed to look after their own community during the lockdown. Initiatives on their social channels include isolation bingo, virtual quiz, fitness programmes and mindfulness activities.
Commenting on the NHS offer, CEO and co-founder Daniel Najar says, "We're committed to spreading happiness at a time of doom, gloom and uncertainty, so whatever we can do to make these front line heroes smile a little and feel appreciated then we will do."
Chi Chi London has also seen an uplift in bridal and bridesmaids' dresses, suggesting that brides-to-be are still very much in planning mode.
