Nestled amongst the rolling Welsh hills of the Brecon Beacons and a stone’s throw from beautiful Llangorse Lake, sits the stunning Tall John’s House. Set in its beautiful grounds is our blank canvas wedding venue in our wonderful stone Barn, which has been completely restored to make the perfect wedding venue for up to 160 guests with integral toilets and catering area. We have also restored the nearby Granary to make an alternative civil ceremony venue or extra reception space so that we can be as flexible as possible to fit in with your dreams for your big day.

The barn is a blank canvas venue - it is yours to style as you wish, to create a space that is personal, individual and unique to you. We know every bride is different, every couple is unique and your wedding day should reflect that. The sweeping lawns and amazing trees provide a backdrop for the views across the valley to the Black Mountains.
Our designer has put in place wonderful features including a double swing, a rose arbour, a rill and a Silver Birch circle.
