With Summer here at last, it's time to elevate our flower arrangements in align with all the 2023 trends. Much like the fashion designs we follow year upon year, the world of florals is equally monitored for on-trend flowers and colours of the seasons.

Bloomsbury Flowers are here with all the top tips on keeping your flower arrangements on trend for 2023. The luxury and longstanding florist (based in Covent Garden) has served some of London & the UK's most stylish venues and beyond with their individual designs and scents. With their reputation for premium and bespoke flower arrangements, they certainly know what they're talking about when it comes to flower trends.

Bloomsbury Flowers owner Anoma Radkevitch, believes the key to bringing life and colour into your home or special occasion is switching up flower arrangements every season. Having seen the rise of spring tulips, daffodils, narcissus, iris and lily of the valley, she suggests that these beautiful blooms should be complimented with taller stems of peach blossom, apple blossom, spirea or forsythia - of course, depending on chosen colour schemes.

With Summer just around the corner – the trends for 2023 surround all things colour and decadence. Anoma proposes peonies, ranunculus and sweet peas along with taller stems of delphinium or lilac for example or just foliage. With colour in mind, the Pantone colour of the year is Viva Magenta 18-1750 – a beautifully vibrant and bold pink/red colour which is sure enough to brighten any bouquet. Flowers such as alstroemeria, amaryllis, anemone, cymbidium and gerbera all embody this rich and warm colour tone and would pair flawlessly with neutral tone flowers including (but not limited to) hydrangea, white roses and cream delphiniums.

So, whether you're refreshing your home to fit the season, exploring ideas for a wedding, or looking for seasonal trending flowers for an upcoming occasion, visit Bloomsbury Flowers to satisfy all your floral needs for 2023.
