The Grade I-listed Llancaiach Fawr Manor is one of the finest surviving fortified Tudor manor houses in the country. Situated in the heart of the South Wales Valleys, this 16th-century property has been restored to how it would have looked during the royal visit of King Charles I in 1645.

Celebrate in style
The Parlour is used for intimate celebrations and provides the perfect setting for a candlelit ceremony with up to 30 of your guests, or the Great Hall can be used for up to 50 people.

Alternatively, the light and modern conservatory offers panoramic views across the countryside and is available for 70 of your friends and family.

Perfectly combining modern and traditional décor, the Mansell Hall is a charming space with room for 120 of your nearest and dearest.

Large receptions take place in the marquee. Situated on a picturesque tree-lined meadow, the formal gardens are ideal for canapés and taking photographs with up to 120 loved ones.

We love...
The manor house is only 15 minutes from Brecon Beacons National Park and is close to the pre-historic landscape of Gelligaer Common, a place of significant historical importance.
