Situated in more than 25 acres of glorious countryside, Caer Llan is an 18th-century country house wedding venue boasting far-reaching views of the distant Welsh mountains. Family-run by owners Vicky and Jake Carpenter, the property has idyllic grounds and gardens with a network of paths and an adjacent bluebell woodland to explore. Various features, such as an outdoor swimming pool and an original Victorian greenhouse, are also located within the grounds. The house itself has been lovingly refurbished by the owners and has 16 en-suite bedrooms available exclusively for your wedding guests.

There are countless areas for amazing wedding photos both indoors and outdoors, and the venue is a favourite of many photographers who have visited.

Celebrate in style
For those of you looking for an outdoor ceremony and reception, you can say your vows in the wedding gazebo set in the open countryside. Your outdoor celebrations are protected from sun and rain in the stretch tent, which is fixed to the house during the peak season (May–September) and can accommodate 80 of your loved ones for the ceremony and up to 120 for the evening celebration.

If the weather is unkind, the main function room is a gorgeous alternative and has large bi-folding doors that open to reveal the same stunning views of the surrounding area. The two areas are similar, so couples can decide on the day whether to go indoors or out.
